8 Week Format

You may feel free to process through the material at whatever pace you are comfortable. However, the intention is for you to take one week per section. The course is divided into eight sections, or chapters. Each section represents a week. Eight weeks to achieve 25 hours of Continuing Education.

Important Instructions to Follow

We are using a teaching platform available through www.teachable.com. We require students to complete each section before they may proceed to the next. All material must be read all the way to the bottom. And video lectures must be viewed to a minimum of 90% completion to trigger the "Lecture Complete" requirement.

1. Be sure to read all the way to the bottom.
2. Be sure to watch the entire video.
3. When you reach the end of a video or reading, notice the options at the top of the screen. You may need to scroll back to the top. You have an option to go back to the PREVIOUS LECTURE, or you may COMPLETE AND CONTINUE. You must hit the choice, "Complete and Continue" so that the system will allow you to proceed to the next lecture or section.

Test taking is not designed to be difficult and we do not intend to play any "Gotcha" games. We simply want the test to help you engage in your learning. You must achieve a minimum of 80% to pass. You will have up to six attempts to achieve 80% or better. Every section has its own test at the end. You cannot proceed until you pass the test. And, the answers can be found in the Required Reading and Test Prep section just prior to the test. This is open book. You may refer to the resources for assistance in verifying the answers.

At full completion, our system will automatically email you a Certificate in Christian Grief Counseling with proof of 25 hours of CE.
